I know not all of you are writers. Hell, most days I don’t even consider myself one. But that doesn’t stop me from trying to be one. Or at least what can pass for a writer on the internet these days. Part of that journey of improvement has led me to tinker, research, and practice a hell of a lot different subjects over the past 20 months or so.
I loved this piece, JJ. Honest, open and to the point. If writers want to make a decent living, they have to write content that readers enjoy and want to read. That's it. Impressing editors is all part of that journey and I have found the editors that I have come across on Medium very helpful and supportive and I feel that my writing has improved with their guidance and help.
